Delivery and Shipping
Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days within Sweden.

Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. For customers living in Stockholm, pickup by agreement is recommended.
If you choose ”self-pickup” at checkout, we will arrange a suitable time for pickup in Östermalm (Stockholm) or Gustavsberg. Please note: Self-pickup is free of charge.

Material Variations
Clay is a natural material, and the products may vary. All measurements are approximate.
The colors of the ceramics may differ from screen to screen.

Prices

Prices listed exclude shipping. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Only flawless standard products are accepted for return. Personalized orders (e.g., with names) cannot be returned.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact Nina Keramik before returning any item and specify which product you are returning.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received in perfect condition.

Nina Keramik covers return shipping cost in case of a product defect, valid up to 2 years from the purchase date.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card via Stripe.

When placing your order, you will provide your personal details such as name, address, and phone number. By registering and placing your order, you agree that Nina Keramik may store and use your information to fulfill its obligations to you.

Taxes and Fees for Customers Outside the EU

Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. These costs must be paid by the paid buyer directly to the customs authorities.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
Starting August 29, 2025, all imports into the USA may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, regardless of order value. These charges are determined and collected by US Customs and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
